Originally from Italy, Enrica Zeggio brings an international perspective, deep Eastside market knowledge and a personal approach to residential real estate. A longtime Kirkland resident, she built her business around the community she knows while representing clients throughout Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond and the greater Eastside.
In the industry for 12 years, Zeggio is a global real estate advisor and managing broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in the Kirkland office. Prior to real estate, she was a technical translator, a career that sharpened her communication skills, attention to detail and ability to navigate nuance; all skills that continue to define her work today.
Named a Top 20 performer with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in this year’s second quarter, Zeggio is also listed in the 2026 RealTrends Verified Rankings. Certified as a Negotiation Expert, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seller’s Representative Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she expanded her practice into luxury and waterfront real estate. While representing significant properties, including a $5.85 million sale in downtown Kirkland and a $6.5 million Kirkland waterfront property, she believes that luxury is not simply defined by price but a level of service and expertise. A member of the Million Dollar Guild, she recently earned her Washington Managing Broker license.
