Eric Kinzler, Broker, Realtor
Mike Pavone, Managing Broker, Realtor
Building a real estate practice around close friendship and shared standards led to the creation of the Pavone Kinzler Team. A Fourth of July party six years ago brought Texas native Eric Kinzler to Ames Lake, where he immediately settled into the community. His partnership with Bellevue native and current Finn Hill resident Mike Pavone gives the duo a grounded, highly local perspective across Seattle and the Eastside. They also go as far as the Snoqualmie Valley and can cover anything in between, like pockets such as Trilogy in Redmond or estates in North Bend.
Today, the team works with waterfront and luxury clients, as well as relocating families, downsizers, seniors and first-time buyers, with experience that expands to retirement homes, land and condominiums. Creative outreach anchors their listing strategy: Rather than standard property blasts, they build custom campaigns around target-buyer profiles using high-end video, AI-driven market research and targeted social media. Their YouTube show, “Property Pairings,” mixes straightforward market analysis with informal conversation and a good drink.
Clients can expect candid advice and creative problem-solving from the duo. The team’s ‘two agents for one’ model means Pavone and Kinzler remain involved throughout the process, supported by a team that handles the details behind the scenes.
Community remains important to both. Kinzler serves as president of the Ames Lake Community Club, where he oversees events that bring neighbors together, while the team also supports the Windermere Foundation. Away from real estate, Pavone enjoys family time, cooking, and home projects, while Kinzler plays tennis, spends time at Ames Lake with his husband and dogs, explores restaurants, and plays Xbox with Pavone.
