Ten years spent in corporate financial analysis, sales and management at Nordstrom created a sharp, data-backed approach to market strategy for Olga Dyckman. That foundational corporate background prompted a transition into real estate, where leading developers brought on an insider to market landmark Seattle high-rises including 5th & Madison, Olive 8, and Escala. Dyckman built her reputation around the city’s condominium market, and 24 years in, she still finds the work genuinely interesting while serving as a broker and premier director at her firm.
Having founded The Seattle Condo Group, this year Dyckman expanded her focus to include single-family homes, a shift shaped partly by her own life. She and her husband recently became empty nesters, giving her a sharper sense of what clients face during a similar move. She still works the high-rise condo market she built her name on, but now brings that same eye to buyers navigating a downsize or the next chapter. Referrals and repeat clients drive most of her business, something she credits to staying personally involved from the first call through closing. Clients describe her as knowledgeable, strategic and dedicated.
Listings across Capitol Hill, Magnolia, Madison Park, Kirkland and Bellevue gain market visibility through targeted video production, drone coverage and pricing analytics. High-tech marketing builds initial reach, but personal oversight drives every transaction through to closing. “Every client, property and situation requires a thoughtful strategy,” she says. Her hard work is consistently applauded by clients and has been recognized with the Five Star Agent award.
Away from work, Dyckman belongs to the Sunset Women’s Club, where she serves on a special interest committee, and supports the Seattle Art Museum. She travels with her family whenever she can. She recently traced Croatia’s coastline by catamaran, town by town, and calls it one of her favorite trips yet.
