“I’m project oriented,” explains Guidero, who has more than two decades of real estate experience. “Sometimes that means preparing a property for market and determining which improvements will deliver the greatest return. Other times, it means analyzing market data and timing … or helping a client think through a major lifestyle move. No matter what, I am focused on the best possible outcome for my clients.”
With a BFA from the University of Washington, Guidero is fluent in English and Spanish. He is among the top 1.5% of RealTrends Verified brokers nationally, a top individual broker at the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Seattle office for four years running and an eight-time recipient of the Five Star Professional award.
Recipient of the Volunteer of the Year award for his work mentoring youth at SOS Outreach, Guidero is passionate about communities in Seattle and the islands of the Puget Sound. Active during all seasons, he has a strong connection to the outdoors and enjoys sharing these experiences with friends and family, including his wife, two daughters and dog.
