Recognized for being candid, engaged and collaborative, TeamUp Seattle is made up of Christopher Cornett and the mother-daughter duo Melissa Clark and Cait Greeley. “We work through decisions together, educating our clients, and never shy away from giving clear advice,” they say. “A lot of what we do happens behind the scenes to make the process more enjoyable for our clients, while making sure they understand their options and remain firmly in the driver’s seat.”

Member brokers with Ensemble, Clark, Cornett and Greeley all bring different strengths and perspectives to the table. Their long-standing relationships, trust and open communication allow them to draw on one another’s expertise. Representing a diverse client base, they bring years of experience living, working and serving clients across the many distinct neighborhoods of the Greater Seattle area and the Eastside.

Passionate about helping clients separate real estate headlines from what’s actually happening in their market, TeamUp Seattle explains that the city’s real estate is not just one market, but rather, that conditions differ by neighborhood, property type, price point and even by block. “An educated client is better equipped to make confident decisions, even when the market isn’t behaving the way they hoped,” they say. “We want to be the team our clients trust and rely on long after the transaction is complete.”

Giving back to the communities they serve is a meaningful part of TeamUp Seattle’s ethos. Each month, they volunteer at Backpack Brigade, packing and delivering meals to provide reliable food access for local children experiencing food insecurity. Through their brokerage, Ensemble, the team participates in additional philanthropic and volunteer initiatives throughout the year. “We want to be active participants in the communities in which we’re fortunate to live and work,” they note.

For TeamUp Seattle, it all comes back to showing up for their clients, for each other and for the place they call home. It’s the approach that has shaped their business from the beginning and continues to guide how they serve their clients and community today.
