Joey Keeler, Principal Listing Broker

Meirav Golan Yaaran, Principal Buyer Broker

Leaving home at age 15 shaped a deep understanding of what sanctuary means for Joey Keeler, who grew up in the mountains of Northern California with a hardworking single mother. Meirav Golan Yaaran came from teaching and fundraising. A divorce nine years ago ignited her personal growth and sharpened her instinct to provide for her sons and clients. After meeting eight years ago at a previous brokerage — when Keeler cracked a joke that only Golan Yaaran laughed at — the duo formed a partnership rooted in friendship.

Working today as Keeler and Golan, the brokers contribute uniquely to their team’s success and have over 1,000 closings between them. Throughout her 13 years in real estate, Golan Yaaran has focused on buyers, ranging from first-timers to relocating executives. Keeler handles sellers; he has closed more than 700 listings in 15 years, ranging from condos to multimillion-dollar luxury estates. “At Keeler and Golan, we believe real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes,” they share. “It’s about guiding people through some of life’s most meaningful transitions with confidence, clarity, trust and human connection.” Referrals and repeat clients drive most of their work across Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Puget Sound.

RealTrends Verified ranked the team No. 6 by dollar volume among Washington’s small teams for 2024 and 2025, and No. 1 in Bellevue for 2025, averaging $100 million a year. Golan Yaaran has earned Five Star Real Estate Professional honors every year since 2020.

Keeler splits his free time between his hobby farm in North Bend and his home on the Olympic Peninsula. He enjoys chasing campfires and mountain trails with his husband, Keith. Golan Yaaran, who moved to the United States from Israel in 2000, cherishes her family, long-term friendships and the beautiful moments that turn clients into family.
