A Pacific Northwest native with a lifetime of global experiences, Marianne Francis brings a distinctive blend of artistry, business acumen and concierge-level service to luxury real estate. While her career has been shaped by an appreciation for architecture, fine art and landscape design, her relationships transform transactions into lifelong connections. “I believe that exceptional real estate is never just about property,” she shares. “It’s about the lives people build within it.”
After a successful career in couture fashion and arts philanthropy, Francis entered residential real estate in 2017 and is currently a broker and global real estate advisor with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. With decades of experience serving discerning clientele, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University. While her practice is centered in the luxury market of Seattle’s Eastside, with an average sales price of $2.74 million, her recent accomplishments include a record-setting Kirkland waterfront sale approaching $10.5 million.
Honored with the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Above and Beyond Award and the Top Performer Award, Francis received the RealTrends Verified Top Agent recognition and the 2026 Agent’s Choice Award. She completed executive studies through Sotheby’s Institute of Art, earning certification in Art as a Global Business: The Value of Art. Committed to the arts and her community, she was the vice chair of the Cornish College of the Arts Board of Trustees and currently serves on their foundation board. A Certified Master Negotiation Expert, she approaches every transaction as an advocate and trusted advisor.
A master gardener, Francis enjoys traveling, architecture, design and entertaining. “Every home represents the setting for a life’s next chapter,” she explains. “Helping clients write that chapter is both my privilege and my purpose.”
