With a real estate career spanning more than a decade, Kristine Milkovich has combined her experience in coaching, training, sales and business development to help clients achieve their real estate goals while continually growing as a professional. She is passionate about best practices, lifelong learning and creating exceptional outcomes for the people she serves.
Before real estate, Milkovich spent more than 20 years in the professional beauty industry, serving as national director of education and training at L’Oréal USA. In 2013, she transferred that experience into real estate, eventually joining forces with her sister, Lisa, who began her regional real estate career in 2002. Together, the sisters have built The Milkovich Team — a community-centered business known for exceptional service, education, strategy and strong client advocacy.
Milkovich proudly serves on numerous community and real estate boards. She is particularly proud of her outreach and advocacy work as a national delegate board member for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, where she is passionate about advancing fair housing, inclusion and equitable access to homeownership.
Additionally, Milkovich shares her down-to-earth, practical perspectives as an industry contributing writer and national speaker on real estate, fair housing, client service and business development. The creator and host of the “Superpower with Kristine Milkovich” podcast, she has appeared on national industry stages and panels, bringing her experience and perspective to conversations about serving diverse client communities, building sustainable businesses and creating more inclusive real estate experiences.
