Long before Julie Love entered real estate, she was already learning how to build a business. She graduated high school a year early and, while attending college, opened an espresso bar inside the private club at Texas Stadium. Her father was her first great mentor, instilling that there were no limits to what she could accomplish as long as she matched her ambition with hard work, humility and service.
Two years into her real estate career, Love began working alongside her husband, Steve. Nearly three decades later, his principles still guide her approach: address the hard conversations first, know your value and lead with service. She describes real estate as a “right now” business, and responsiveness remains central to her practice. Her involvement extends beyond the transaction, from pre-listing strategy through closing, post-closing coordination and long-term estate planning.
Love specializes in luxury and waterfront properties throughout Stanwood, Island County, the North Puget Sound region and Camano Island — a highly nuanced market where she has developed significant expertise. She advises luxury, high-net-worth and waterfront clients, as well as investors and families navigating relocation, complex contract structuring, multigenerational estate considerations and other high-stakes real estate decisions.
Love’s business is built almost entirely on referrals, repeat clients and long-standing relationships that span generations. She served as president of the Snohomish County-Camano Association of Realtors in 2023 and earned the Frank Nardo Realtor Achievement Award (2021; 2025), the Realtor of the Year Award (2023), the Outstanding Leadership Award (2023) and the Whidbey Island Bank Community Service Making a Difference Award (2014).
