Seattle isn’t just where Rebecca Mitsui and Tom Skepetaris sell real estate, it’s home. The two Seattle natives, Mitsui and Skepetaris, team leaders, T&R Real Estate Collective, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, have had a front-row seat to the city’s growth and evolution from living and working here. Add 25+ years each selling real estate throughout Seattle and the Eastside, and they understand the personality of the neighborhoods, how buyers perceive them and why one pocket can perform differently from another.
A RealTrends 2025 Top Producing Team based on volume of $73.59 million, Mitsui and Skepetaris are panel members on Futurecast Forum and co-hosts of “Street Talk,” a radio show on Northwest Newsradio | AM 1000 – FM 97.7 airing 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sundays.
Mitsui’s known for her attention to detail and ability to build a strategy designed to get sellers the highest possible return on their listings. While Skepetaris brings buyers energy and a deep knowledge of homes, construction, value and negotiation to the transaction process.
Together, they communicate constantly with buyers and sellers, have a plan, negotiate hard and stay personally involved from beginning to end. But they also laugh — a lot. “Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, so we try to make the experience as enjoyable and fun as possible,” they say.
Today, Mitsui’s daughters, Tilo and Imari, and Skepetaris’s son, Demetre, all play important roles within T&R, bringing the next generation into the business the team leaders have spent decades building.
