Trang Pham, senior home lending advisor with Chase, got her start in the mortgage industry in 2002, after graduating from the University of Washington with a finance degree. At the time, she was seeking a job to pay down her student loans. But she quickly realized that she enjoyed the combination of finance, problem-solving and helping people reach important life goals involved in mortgage lending.
An award-winning advisor, she is highly responsive and easy to reach, keeping borrowers informed with straightforward, timely updates throughout the process. She explains options clearly, helping borrowers feel confident in their decisions. Having worked in mortgage lending for more than two decades, she understands how to navigate different market cycles, loan scenarios, and underwriting challenges, while setting realistic expectations from the start.
Pham specializes in preapproval, fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, first-time homebuyer programs, self-employed borrowers, conforming loans and jumbo mortgages for borrowers in Issaquah, Bellevue, Seattle and Renton.
She recently helped a busy, non-tech savvy 82-year-old couple refinance their mortgage to lower their rate and reduce their monthly payments by meeting with them multiple times at the restaurant they operate. She walked them through each step in plain language, making sure they felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. “In the end, we were able to complete the refinance successfully and achieve meaningful savings for them,” she says. “It was a great reminder that good lending is not just about rates—it’s about meeting clients where they are and making the process accessible.”
Pham’s goal is to earn the trust of borrowers through the experience she provides and build long-term relationships, not just close a single transaction. “My philosophy is simple: I treat people the way I want to be treated,” she says.
