Before real estate, Marnie Oshan built a career spanning marketing, entrepreneurship, including founding and owning an athletic event production company, public school teaching, and roles in sports and nonprofit leadership. When the pandemic forced a mandatory furlough, she finally pursued a real estate license she had considered for years. What began as a potential part-time supplement to her career quickly became a full-time commitment. Today, she is a managing broker and licensed in both Washington and California. She also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a UW Certificate in Commercial Real Estate.
Oshan’s client coverage extends throughout Seattle neighborhoods, as well as select Eastside communities. Her business is built on education, strategy and responsiveness — the three words she believes best describe how clients experience working with her. With experience spanning hundreds of new-construction transactions, she has developed a particular depth advising buyers on builder contracts, incentives and negotiation, along with specialized expertise serving relocating executives and professional and collegiate athletes. Clients consistently note her accessibility and ability to translate complex transactions into clear, confident decisions.
Outside of her practice, Oshan is deeply rooted in the Seattle community she serves. She sits on the executive board of WISE Seattle (Women in Sports and Events), co-chairing its Women of Inspiration committee, and spent over a decade with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program as an endurance athlete, coach and fundraiser. A Seattle resident for more than a decade with deep family ties to the area, she remains active in leadership with the local endurance sports community and treasures the time she gets to spend watching her nieces grow up in the city she now calls home.
