She’s also a big believer in teaching the softer skills of real estate: communication, diplomacy, emotional intelligence and the ability to bring people into alignment. “You can know every form, every statistic and every market trend, but if you can’t read the room, build trust and move people toward a decision, you’re going to struggle,” she says.
