2026 Who's Who in Puget Sound Real Estate

Tory Frol, Real Estate Agent

Real Residential

“What I love about this job is that the relationships with clients are not transactional,” says Tory Frol, a real estate agent based in Seattle. “If done correctly, I am at the very least their trusted resource for anything related to the home. And if I’m lucky, clients become friends.”

Frol focuses her practice on sellers downsizing or upsizing in Seattle and first-time homebuyers purchasing all over the PNW. She has lived in Seattle for 24 years, and when clients they tell her the details of what they want in a location of a home, she knows the neighborhoods and streets that would be a match. “My parents will gasp reading this, but I never once studied in a library in college at UW. After class, I would get in my car and find a new coffee shop around the city where I would study. These daily explorations really helped me experience each neighborhood of the city.”

In representing both sellers and buyers, Frol finds that homeowners really want to understand the market and best practices for their decisions on timing, location and costs. “We are not taught in school how to buy or sell a home, and people crave information about real estate,” Frol remarks. “Educated homebuyers make diligent homeowners, and diligent homeowners make successful homesellers.” She created a website linking all the resources she knows of as an agent so that people seeking information can find everything they need in one centralized location. “I named it The Seattle Homebuyer. It serves as an informational hub for anyone exploring the possibility of homeownership in Seattle,” she says.

What drives Frol’s ambition is helping people move forward in their lives, and that includes her volunteer efforts with Ryther, an organization that provides mental health services to youth and their families.
