As managing broker, founder and designer behind Wingreen Properties, Greenberg specializes in luxury home sales and real estate design throughout Kirkland and the surrounding communities. She founded her own brokerage to offer a more personalized, hands-on approach that guides sellers through every step, from staging and preparation to professional marketing and negotiation, with a clear focus on maximizing value.

She has appeared on numerous HGTV programs as a Seattle and Kirkland real estate expert.
