Moving frequently throughout his childhood, Justin Allen learned early that a move is more than a change of address; it can be a fresh start, the beginning of a new chapter or an opportunity to imagine life differently.
Born in Hawai‘i, Allen became captivated by architecture, design and what homeownership can make possible: stability, belonging, financial opportunity and a place to create memories. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, he helps clients turn those aspirations into reality throughout Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound region.
Allen built his career across residential sales, brokerage leadership, relocation and property management, including work in military housing at Marine Corps Base Hawai‘i in Kāne‘ohe Bay. Before moving into full-time residential sales, he served as a branch manager and director of relocation, overseeing moves across Washington and California.
Now a Realtor and managing broker with Ensemble, Allen lives in White Center with his husband and has built a life and business in the Greater Seattle region. His philosophy, “Bringing Aloha to the Pacific Northwest,” reflects the warmth, care and sense of ‘ohana he brings to his relationships.
Clients often remember how present, engaged and accessible Allen is. “I answer the phone, explain the fine print and coordinate the many moving pieces, … identifying red flags and finding solutions when deals become complicated,” he explains. “My clients genuinely feel cared for during one of life’s biggest transitions.”
Allen holds the At Home With Diversity, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Military Relocation Professional certifications and designations through the National Association of Realtors. He currently serves as vice president of the Western Washington chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, supporting education, advocacy and professional development for LGBTQ+ people in housing and real estate.
