A third-generation Bainbridge Island real estate broker, Tiana Gallagher remembers that real estate has always been part of her life. When her grandmother opened her own real estate office on the island in the 1980s, she hired her daughter, Gallagher’s mother. The two women eventually opened the island’s Coldwell Banker office and expanded to Poulsbo.
Initially building a career in graphic design and TV production, Gallagher spent 14 years living in Los Angeles. “I realized that real estate combined everything I loved: marketing, design, negotiation, entrepreneurship and helping people,” she shares. “Coming back to Bainbridge Island and building my business truly feels like coming full circle.”
With almost six years in the industry, Gallagher is a broker with Coldwell Banker Bain, representing clients on Bainbridge Island and the Kitsap Peninsula. She ensures clients feel supported, informed and never pressured, striving to build authentic relationships rather than simply completing transactions. With her graphic design background, she creates custom marketing for each listing, targeted digital advertising, social media campaigns, custom property websites, direct mail and educational content.
Named to the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society in 2025, Gallagher was a top finalist for the Best Real Estate Agent honor on Bainbridge Island from 2024 to 2026. A certified Global Luxury Marketing Specialist, she has received the Rising Star Award every year since 2023 while continuing to grow her business through repeat clients and referrals. “Clients benefit from my creative marketing expertise and deep local knowledge, but perhaps most importantly, I’ll always give them honest guidance,” she explains. “I believe trust is earned through transparency, consistency and putting people first.”
Alongside her passion for interior design, Gallagher enjoys all the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest offers, including boating, being in nature and traveling. She has visited over 30 countries and counting.
