2026 Who's Who in Puget Sound Real Estate

Erin Alexander, CEO, Top Social Butterfly

Finally Social

For Erin Alexander, effective marketing is not about being everywhere — it is about showing up consistently, authentically and in a way people remember. As founder and “top social butterfly” of Finally Social, a real estate marketing company, she helps real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, title and escrow professionals and real estate offices build recognizable brands and stay connected with clients.

Finally Social creates customized online and print marketing strategies, including social media management, branding, website and logo design, email marketing, video, SEO, AI search optimization and print collateral. Alexander believes, “AI should not replace your personality. It should help more people see it.”

Alexander’s connection to real estate began in 2012, when she became a real estate assistant after 15 years in automotive sales. Her experience managing websites, social media, email, print marketing and NWMLS tools led agents to seek her marketing advice. Encouraged by a title representative, she founded Finally Social in 2014. The company has since become a trusted marketing partner for real estate and small-business professionals throughout Seattle, the Eastside, King County and Snohomish County.

Her commitment to the industry extends well beyond her company. In 2027, Alexander will serve as affiliate director for Seattle King County REALTORS®. She served on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Seattle Metro board in 2025 and 2026 and has served on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Snohomish board since 2025, with continued service through 2027. Through these roles, she supports education, connection and leadership across the local real estate community.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Alexander has called Kirkland home for over three decades. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being “Mimi” to Maya, gardening, relaxing in her hot tub and spending time with her mother, Marianne, and dog, Zoey.
