A third-generation real estate advisor with 15 years in the field, Susan Lorenz lived in the Bay Area and Portland before moving in 2006 to Bainbridge Island, where she has spent nearly two decades building community connections. Jennifer Saez, a lifelong Bainbridge resident with 21 years of industry experience, brings deep knowledge of the Island including the neighborhoods and daily life. The duo collaborates on each transaction, giving clients the benefit of two experienced, responsive advisors.
Their business spans luxury properties, from in-town condos to farms on acreage to spectacular waterfront estates. Saez holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, providing expertise for later-life moves, aging in place, multigenerational living, downsizing and other transitions. They also help local clients transition to other areas as their needs change.
“Jennifer and I are honest, work hard and enjoy what we do,” says Lorenz. “We want each client’s experience to feel positive, well-managed, empowering and tailored.”
As a top-producing team, they prioritize in-person conversations whenever possible and provide guidance on strategic pricing, timing, market expectations and property preparation, while also supporting out-of-state clients virtually. Their trusted network of local stagers, landscapers, contractors and service providers helps clients move from planning to execution, while Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty provides dedicated marketing and social media support for customized listing campaigns.
The team’s business is built on repeat clients, referrals and families they have worked with over the years, while their community ties are just as strong. They sponsor select Bainbridge Island Museum of Art programs, participate in First Friday Art Walks, attend local music and cultural events, and are regulars at the Farmers Market.
Outside of work, Saez is a Seattle Reign FC season ticket holder, tends to her home orchard and enjoys time with family and two cats. Lorenz enjoys concerts, boating, family travels and her pup, Wilson.
