Al Besharat has more than 17 years of experience in banking and over a decade of specialization in mortgage lending. He began his career in banking right out of college before realizing he wanted work built around relationships. Given his family roots in real estate, mortgage lending was a natural next step. For the past 12 years, he has helped clients throughout Greater Seattle, the Eastside and the broader Puget Sound region navigate home financing and major financial decisions.

Al works with a wide range of borrowers, from first-time buyers to move-up and high-net-worth clients, providing particular expertise in jumbo financing and working with tech professionals whose compensation includes RSUs and variable income. He also has extensive experience working with self-employed business owners. His loan specialties include conventional and jumbo financing.
