Tri Pointe Homes began sales for Timber Trails, the final neighborhood within the Snoqualmie Ridge master-planned community in Snoqualmie.
Timber Trails features 46 homes across a variety of three-story townhomes and duplexes. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two- or three-bay garages.
“This is a rare moment where a community of this scale is truly coming full circle,” Tricia Lynn, vice president of community experience for Tri Pointe Washington, said in a press release. “Snoqualmie Ridge has been shaping how people live on the Eastside for more than 20 years, and Timber Trails represents the final opportunity to be a part of that legacy.”
Development on the 1,300-acre MPC, known as “The Ridge,” began in the 1990s. In the years since, the project has grown into a community with residential neighborhoods, schools and retail and recreation options.
