Toll Brothers and Brookfield Residential will build a new master-planned community called LakePointe in Covington.

The community will feature both single-family homes and townhomes, plus parks, trails, a lake and retail. Site work is underway, with sales projected to begin next year.

Single-family offerings will range from three to six bedrooms, while townhomes will have two to four bedrooms. All homes will include two-car garages.

The community is located at 25430 200th Lane SE.
