Toll Brothers debuted a slate of amenities at Cross Kirkland Towns, its luxury townhome community in Kirkland.
Amenity offerings include a pickleball court, playground, dog park, walking paths and green spaces, as well as direct access to the Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail.

A grand opening celebration will be held on May 30 at 10829 120th Lane NE with coffee, Italian sodas and sweet treats for attendees.
Townhome offerings at Cross Kirkland Towns range from 1,904 to 2,416 square feet with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Pricing starts at $1.19 million.
