A new luxury condominium community, Park Row, is coming to the Park in Bellevue. Located along Bellevue Downtown Park at 215 Bellevue Way NE, the new project from Bosa Development is already 20% sold, surpassing $150 million in pre-construction sales.
“When proximity to Bellevue Downtown Park is a factor in a home’s value, what do you do with the opportunity to build directly on the Park?” Bosa President Ryan Bosa said in a press release. “We approached Park Row with a long-term perspective — prioritizing exceptional design, expansive views, thoughtful amenities and the level of quality Bosa Development is known for. The result is a building that responds to this irreplaceable and unrivaled location.”
The development includes one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, with prices ranging from the high $800,000s to over $7 million. Penthouses will also be sold, with pricing available upon request.

The building is designed by architect Hossein Amanat of Amanat Architect and features warm woods, soft curves and earth tones inspired by the adjacent Downtown Park. Residences have private balconies and terraces, quartz islands, European-style cabinetry, wide-plank hardwood floors, Gaggenau appliances, Dornbracht fixtures and motorized window treatments. Penthouses will have additional luxury finishes including indoor-outdoor spa features and soaking tubs.
Residents will have access to community amenities including a 60-foot indoor pool and outdoor sundeck, resident lounge, fitness center, steam room and sauna, private dining room, golf simulator, pet spa and landscaped plaza.
Compass Development Marketing Group is handling marketing and sales for the development.
“Park Row is one of the first pre-construction offerings since the pandemic on the West Coast,” said Managing Director John Pallante. “Its location and design represent a one-of-a-kind offering that cannot be replicated, and the market has responded.”
