Toll Brothers unveiled two new home designs at Cross Kirkland Towns, the builder’s luxury townhome development in Kirkland.
Located at 10829 120th Lane NE, the project features four-bedroom townhomes with 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Pricing starts at $1.2 million.
“Cross Kirkland Towns offers a unique combination of luxury living, thoughtful design and connectivity to the surrounding community,” Todd Callahan, regional president of Toll Brothers for the Pacific region, said in a press release. “The addition of the Curlew and Grayland home designs provides more options for home shoppers looking for the perfect home in an exceptional location.”
The new floor plans include unique design features like a covered patio and fenced backyard.
Cross Kirkland Towns is zoned to Lake Washington School District. Community amenities include a pickleball court, dog park, playground and Eastrail trail access.
