Offerings at the community feature two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, two- or three-car garages, flex spaces and outdoor living areas. Multigenerational suite upgrades are available. Pricing starts in the mid-$600,000s.

Regency at Ten Trails is located within the Ten Trails at Black Diamond master-planned community. Amenities in the development include a pool, fitness center, dog park, pickleball and bocce courts and a lounge.
