Leslie Ferriel and Heidi Grimsley of John L. Scott have teamed up with Jason Fox and Joe Kiser of The Madrona Group as the new owners of the John L. Scott Vashon Island office. Last month, The Madrona Group acquired Seattle-area John L. Scott brokerages in Bothell and Mukilteo, in addition to their existing offices in Ballard and Westwood.

Ferriel and Grimsley bring a combined 25 years of real estate experience to their new roles as owners. “We are excited to bring our island expertise to the office we know and love,” they stated in a press release.

Former Vashon Island owner Ken Zaglin says he’s proud to leave the brokerage in such capable hands. “I have always been committed to providing the best possible service to my clients and brokers,” he said. “I know the new owners share that same commitment.”
