The Madrona Group acquired John L. Scott brokerages in Bothell and Mukilteo, bringing its Seattle-area office count to four.

The Mukilteo office will remain under the direction of managing broker Jen Knox, while Kelly Nutt will take over as managing broker for the Bothell location.

Former owner Carl Nutt said he’s excited to watch the Bothell and Mukilteo offices grow under new leadership. “Jason and Joe share the same mindset and business model as me,” he said in a news release. “I trust them to build strong broker relationships as I have done all these years.”

Jason Fox and Joe Kiser founded The Madrona Group in 2015. The firm ranks among the top 1% of all John L. Scott Real Estate teams. The offices in Bothell and Mukilteo join The Madrona Group’s existing offices in Ballard and Westwood.
