A broad sales launch for Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club will coincide with an official groundbreaking on Oct. 21.

Cantera Group broke ground on the first phase of Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club, its luxury collector garage and superyacht marina development on Salmon Bay.

Reservation holders will receive purchase agreements later this month, and additional presales will be introduced. A broad sales launch will coincide with an official groundbreaking ceremony on Oct. 21.

“We’re elated by the progress unfolding on both sides of Terminal One — the transformation of the site is now clearly visible, while the response from collectors and prospective owners continues to translate into reservations and priority presale activity,” said Mike and Doug Ciserella, principals at Cantera Group and managers of the Terminal One development. “After years of planning, remediation and design, it’s rewarding to see the physical development and the community of founding members advancing together … We believe we’re creating something truly enduring on Seattle’s waterfront, and we’re excited to share this next chapter.”

The project is a collaboration with architects Lance Mueller and Olson Kundig. Phase one features approximately 72 garage units across three buildings, as well as the FORUM, a common area amenity building. The upcoming second phase, set to begin in 2028, will include 36 commercial condominium garages and 2,300 feet of yacht moorage with superyacht capacity up to 300 feet.

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Neda Perrina and Jay Kipp are serving as the lead sales representatives for the project.

“We’re excited to officially bring Terminal One to market and begin working with founding members to personalize their garages around their collections and lifestyles,” Kipp said in a press release. “With occupancy targeted for summer 2027, now is the time to secure a preferred location and start bringing those visions to life.”

The official groundbreaking ceremony, beginning at 4 p.m. on the 21st, will feature a champagne reception from John Howie Catering, a Wildwood Spirits tasting and automobile collector displays. The development team will be present to answer questions, and prospective buyers will be able to schedule consultations for sales agreements.
