Will Russell is now a broker with Real Residential’s Bellevue office. Previously, Russell was affiliated with Compass.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Russell has 15 years of experience in real estate, construction, remodeling and project management in the commercial, multifamily and residential sectors.

“I’ve always believed the best advice isn’t necessarily the advice that gets a deal done. It’s the advice that helps the client make the right decision. That client-first mindset is a big part of what attracted me to Real Residential,” Russell said in a press release. “I also really value the collaborative culture here, the willingness to share knowledge, experience and perspective, and to work together in the best interest of the client. I already knew and respected a number of people here, so the culture felt like a natural fit.”

Russell will continue to primarily serve clients on Mercer Island, as well as the surrounding areas including Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Eastside.
