Broker Rachel Lumpkin, previously with Coldwell Banker Bain, is now affiliated with Real Residential.

A graduate of Western Washington University, the Mercer Island resident returned to the area after spending 17 years working in Washington, D.C., including over a decade as director of events for a foreign policy nonprofit organization.

In her new role with Real Residential, she’ll continue to assist buyers and sellers in Mercer Island, Seattle and the Eastside.

“I know buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I want my clients to know they don’t have to navigate it alone,” Lumpkin told Seattle Agent. “My job is to listen, be honest, stay on top of every detail and keep working until we find the right solution.”
