Clients are in good hands with Rachel Mehmedagic and Trish Coy, with their 40 years of combined experience. Brokers and co-owners of Windermere Mercer Island, the Seattle natives have lived and worked in all major hubs of King County. Rachel began working in real estate following high school and has spent the last two decades fully embedded in all things Seattle real estate. Trish spent time in Europe after high school then returned to the Pacific Northwest, where real estate found her.
As a team, they start each transaction with an in-depth consultation to learn who their clients are, their goals and to provide a blueprint of the process. “We love working with people who match our energy and eagerness to improve and grow,” they share. Referring to themselves as “servant leaders,” the team’s devotion to their craft and proven processes are underscored by their referral-based business. When coupled with the core-value strength of the “Windermere Way,” their client-centrism is a cut above the competition.
Reflecting on their competitive edge, they note, “We’re young enough to have the energy to drive forward, yet have the wisdom of professionals many years our senior because we came into the business so young.” The team has experienced much personal and professional growth in recent years. Rachel was the 2022 president of the Seattle King County Realtors, and Trish volunteered for six rewarding years with that organization’s board of directors. They are also partners in their very own sales business, RAREnorthwest.
Rachel is a 30 Under 30 honoree with Realtor Magazine, and Trish is a recipient of the Realtor Achievement Award. Both women are strong supporters of the Windermere Foundation, giving back a portion of their earnings from each transaction while also supporting several local charities like KidVantage and the MI Boys & Girls Club. Rachel and Trish bring their core value of “service before self” to their brokerage, just as they do for their clients. They love rolling up their sleeves to help their brokers win.
