Brittany Robinett, Founding Broker

Real Residential

A true Seattleite, Brittany Robinett, Realtor and founding broker of Real Residential, is an expert in the greater Seattle market. Upon graduating from the University of Washington, she knew real estate was her calling, so she quickly followed her passion and became a licensed broker. Robinett had already begun to build a solid network before earning her license 15 years ago, and she has continued to be known not only for her attention to client relationships but for her well-respected reputation as a broker in the industry.

As part of the team that grew NWG Real Estate, a boutique firm that was acquired by COMPASS in 2018, Robinett joined a tight-knit group of brokers last year who yearned to get back to their boutique roots by launching Real Residential. Robinett says the group’s collaborative-yet-independent style creates a team atmosphere that still honors their individuality, while supporting one another.

Over the course of her career, Robinett has seen the inevitable ups and downs in the market, but in recent years, she has also seen another type of shift. “The majority of my transactions were Seattle based for the first several years, but as time has gone on, many of my longtime clients have moved back to the Eastside-Kirkland area, where we originally grew up,” she says, noting that the motivations for the move back to the suburbs vary from growing families to changes in the work landscape post-pandemic.

As a mother and a businesswoman, problem solving is one of Robinett’s strong suits, and her naturally calm demeanor in the face of challenges helps keep her clients calm, too. “I don’t stress the small stuff,” she shares. “There is a solution or workaround for nearly every situation, and that is why you hire a long-term, experienced broker to represent you.”

Robinett is also an avid tennis player and president of her neighborhood homeowner’s association. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to take full advantage of what the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.
