Phillip Belenky, Founding Member, Broker

Ensemble

Being asked to become a founding member of Ensemble, a new, independent brokerage, has been a highlight of Phillip Belenky’s 20-year career in real estate. Belenky was at Coldwell Banker Bain for 19 years before joining Ensemble earlier this year. He’s proud to be part of Seattle’s first co-op brokerage.

“It may seem cliché, but I truly care about my clients,” says Belenky, real estate broker with Ensemble. “I don’t want them to just be excited that they were the winning offer or sold their home for more than expected. I want them to be happy 10-plus years down the road, and to never have regrets.”

A family friend inspired Belenky to become a broker. As a kid, he tagged along to showings and became fascinated with architecture, house design and the relationships formed. “She made selling real estate seem exciting, challenging and rewarding,” he recalls.

Belenky assists buyers and sellers in all Seattle neighborhoods, plus Shoreline, Lake Forest Park and Edmonds, and the Eastside suburbs like Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue. He’s lived in several of these areas and has come to deeply understand property values, property types and how different neighborhoods suit clients in various life stages.

In 2018, his client load was bustling so he formed a team, PBNW Homes. Belenky’s close-knit team ensures every client receives personalized care and service. He values long-lasting relationships with clients and has built strong connections locally and beyond. Agents in other cities recommend Belenky to friends and clients moving to this region.

A multiyear recipient of Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award, he has also been consistently ranked among the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents nationally. He holds several designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist, and is a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Outside work, Belenky enjoys spending time with his husband, Shane, and their two children. They love escaping to Whidbey Island, where they own a vacation home.
