Raché Boston, Managing Broker

John L. Scott Real Estate

Clients of Raché Boston have nicknamed her “The Olivia Pope of Real Estate” because she is the master of solving property-related crises and navigating the high-stakes world of real estate with expertise and discretion.

“As my clients’ ‘Personal Realtor for Life,’ it is my job to not only understand their needs, but to respond to them promptly, professionally and with integrity,” says Boston, managing broker of John L. Scott Real Estate in Renton. “Every client is in their own universe and they need to be treated that way.”

Boston caught the real estate bug while working in banking. She saw the career change as a way to provide enhanced guidance to clients through the purchasing process.

“I resigned from my banking position, enrolled in real estate school, and since then, steadfastly pursued my passion,” Boston says. “In 25 years, I’ve never wavered from my dedication to assist individuals in their pursuit of homeownership.”

Success was hard earned for the California native who relocated to Washington in 1993 without an extensive local network. Door-to-door canvassing and relentless phone outreach were her prime strategies for cultivating business. She also trained with renowned coaches Mike and Tom Ferry. “This dedication persisted for a robust initial five-year phase, wherein I diligently committed five days a week, investing three focused hours each day,” she recalls. “My outreach encompassed expired listings, canceled properties and for-sale-by-owner opportunities.”

The strategy paid off. Boston has been an award-winning agent for over 25 consecutive years.

A Relocation Specialist, she represents buyers, sellers and investors, from first time to luxury, in Seattle, Bellevue, Renton and Greater King County. She also handles probate and estate deals.

Another of Boston’s passions is mentoring. She has been assisting new agents in accelerating their learning curve for the past 15 years.
