Ashley Duran’s interest in the real estate sector has deep roots, cultivated through her upbringing in a family of real estate professionals. Transitioning from a foundational role in customer service, with an emphasis on retail sales and management at Nordstrom, Duran embarked on a fulfilling career in title insurance as a sales executive for Chicago Title of Washington.
A decade later, Duran holds the position of assistant sales manager, overseeing a dynamic team of 15 title sales executives across King, Pierce and Kitsap Counties. “The nature of title insurance is such that once one becomes integrated into the field, the rich rewards and impactful work make it exceptionally difficult to consider an exit,” she says.
Collaborating closely with real estate agents, mortgage lenders and attorneys on an array of transaction types and property classifications, Duran frequently leverages her background in customer service.
