Seattle-area brokers Sam Burke and Olivia Statham were named on the National Association of REALTORS®’ 30 Under 30, an annual ranking honoring promising young real estate professionals.

Among the top Seattle-area award winners was Toll Brothers, which won Best Single-Family Detached Home for its Dewberry Plan at Centre Cottages in Kirkland.
Both accolades were awarded based on 2023 sales volume.
Ramey was the only Seattle agent on the list.
