The National Association of REALTORS® named Seattle King County REALTORS® member Barry Long among three Fair Housing Champion Award winners.

Long is the co-founder of Able Environments, an accessibility-based real estate company that won the 2025 King County Small Business of the Year Award, and the co-creator of the Accessibility Real Estate Specialist training program.

“We are so excited to win the 2026 Fair Housing Champion Award this year,” Long said in a press release. “Seattle King County REALTORS® was one of our earliest partners when we started our project of adding accessibility to real estate many years ago. Now, we’re launching at the national level, and we’re super stoked to get our training to every Realtor in the country.”
