A ribbon cutting was held at The Boardwalk Residences at the Port of Bellingham, commemorating the project’s grand opening. The community is the latest completed phase of the Waterfront Collection, a residential development within Harcourt Development’s Bellingham Waterfront District.

Condominiums at The Boardwalk Residences are now available for purchase. Floorplans range from 755 to 2,155 square feet with one to three bedrooms. The offerings include the largest new-construction condos in Whatcom County, according to a press release.

Pricing starts at $582,000 and extends to over $2.5 million. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is exclusively handling sales.

“Every great waterfront city reaches a defining moment when people begin reclaiming the working waterfront [to] call it home,” said RSIR Senior Global Real Estate Advisor Chris Erdman. “That moment has arrived for Bellingham. The Boardwalk Residences provide buyers with immediate ownership opportunities within a neighborhood that will continue to mature for generations.”

The Boardwalk Residences is the second completed phase of development for the Waterfront Collection, a mixed-use community with three residential towers in the Bellingham Waterfront District at Port Bellingham. The Boardwalk Residences joins The Waypoint Residences, which is nearing sellout, and The Horizon Residences, set to break ground later this year.
