Seattle-area brokers Sam Burke and Olivia Statham were named on the National Association of REALTORS®’ 30 Under 30, an annual ranking honoring promising young real estate professionals.

Burke, a 28-year-old agent with John L. Scott Snohomish in Lake Stevens, achieved a sales volume of over $25.7 million across 39 transactions, while Statham, a 29-year-old team leader with Hansen Group Real Estate in Bellingham, reached an individual sales volume of over $17.4 million across 29 transactions. Her team reached a volume of over $80 million across 120 transactions.

Winners were selected by judges from a pool of 280 applicants.

“The 30 who emerged are thriving for many of the same reasons agents and brokers have always succeeded,” NAR wrote in a news release. “They are committed to creating the best possible experience for buyers and sellers.”
