Olympia-based Van Dorm Realty joins Century 21

by Emily Marek

Century 21 Van Dorm will remain under the leadership of Diane and Jeff Pust, who serve as managing broker and designated broker, respectively.

Van Dorm Realty, Inc., is now affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate. The previously independent brokerage, founded in 1980 by Bob and Marjorie Van Dorm, will now operate as Century 21 Van Dorm.

The brokerage is currently owned and managed by the Van Dorms’ daughter, Diane Pust, and her husband Jeff Pust, who serves as designated broker and co-owner.

“As a 40-year-old brokerage, we couldn’t be more excited to innovate alongside the Century 21 brand,” Jeff said in a press release. “We’ve spent decades establishing ourselves as a trusted resource in our market, much life Century 21 Real Estate has done on a larger scale around the world.”

Since taking over operations in 2004, the Pusts have grown the brokerage to a group of 95 agents serving the southern Puget Sound region.

“Each of us is committed to providing the highest-quality service, backed by genuine compassion for the work we’re doing,” Diane added. “This is the only way we know how to do business — with equal parts professionalism and enthusiasm.”

Both Jeff and Diane are members of the Thurston County REALTORS® Association, with Diane serving as former president. Jeff also served as the chairperson of the Northwest MLS board in 2023.
