Toll Brothers opened two model homes in The Ridge at Big Rock, a master-planned community in Duvall. A grand opening event will be held Jan. 20 from noon to 4 p.m.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour both homes in the builder’s Gemstone Collection: Alabaster Craftsman, a three-story model, and Amber Farmhouse, a two-story model. Two previously built models, the Mulberry, from the Limestone Collection, and the Emerald, from the Gemstone Collection, will also be available for tours.

“The new model homes serve as an inspiration for our homebuyers and highlight the personalization options that they will experience firsthand at our Toll Brothers Design Studio,” Kelley Moldstad, group president of Toll Brothers in Washington and Oregon, said in a press release. “The four model homes in The Ridge at Big Rock showcase our exceptional luxury designs offered at the community, and we are excited to unveil these new models.”

Homes in Toll Brothers’ Gemstone Collection are priced from $1.1 million, while homes from the Moonstone Collection and the Limestone Collection are priced from the mid-$800,000s and mid-$900,000s, respectively.
