Ashley McPoland joined NFM Lending as a loan originator and social media influencer, effective July 25, the company announced.

McPoland will be part of NFM’s influencer division, where she will leverage her social media skills and work to help prospective homebuyers.

She has more than six years of mortgage experience and previously worked as a licensed mortgage professional at Caliber Home Loans.

“When opportunity knocks, you must answer,” McPoland said in a news release. “I could not be more excited to combine two of my passions into one cohesive position: helping my own generation get into homes in the midst of a crazy real estate market and growing my business through social media.”

NFM Lending is a 25-year-old company headquartered in Maryland that has been originating home loans in all 50 states.
