The leaders at Upside Properties Seattle reviewed different real estate organizations — what it described as “large over-encumbered brokerages, individual agents and disjointed team models” — and set out to do something different.
The firm said it chose to be deliberate and hired professionals for their individual and specialized skills to build the right team. Four years after arriving in Seattle, Upside Properties, Coldwell Banker Bain, has the numbers to show its strategy works.
The team consistently sells properties for 108.6% or more of listing price with an average days on the market of less than two weeks.
“Real Estate sales are often the biggest transactions people make in their lifetime, therefore it doesn’t matter if the home is selling for $150,000 or $15,000,000, our clients still receive the same 5-star white-glove service,” the team’s website says. “That means drone footage, 3D tours, custom print marketing and a team of proactive brokers that create wins for our clients.”
