Emma Nolan is the new principal managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bain’s Edmonds/Lynnwood office, the company announced this week.

Nolan previously worked as an agent at CB Bain’s Bellevue and Kirkland offices.

“I have had the pleasure of getting to know Emma during her time with CB Bain and have been impressed with her commitment to excellence in performance in this business,” Jay McCaughey, managing broker at CB Bain in Bellevue, said in a news release. “Emma is extremely hard-working, intelligent and caring of other brokers. She is the kind of person who always greets you with a smile and helping hand. I know she will be a tremendous benefit to the Coldwell Banker Bain PMB network.”

Before getting her start in real estate in Texas in 2013, Nolan previously worked as a teacher, scientist, entrepreneur and professor. She and her family moved to Washington in 2018.

Nolan graduated from New Mexico State University and earned her master’s degree from the University of New Mexico. Nolan, her husband, their two children, and two dogs live in Bothell.

“Emma was my personal mentor and provided me with a foundation of knowledge that has been a tremendous help as an agent starting her career amid a pandemic,” said Emmy Freed, real estate broker, CB Bain in Kirkland. “She is an invaluable resource for this company and will bring lots of innovative ideas to her agents, they are very lucky to have her. I look forward to seeing her success in her new role. It is well deserved!”
