Feisal Ramjee is now affiliated with eXp Realty. The Kirkland-based broker, who specializes in new construction, was previously affiliated with Windermere Real Estate.

Ramjee closes between $60 million and $88 million in sales volume annually. He’s handling the sales of 30 new homes in 2025, with another 60 in development for 2026.

“When I’m selling a home, I don’t just know the specs — I know why every decision was made,” Ramjee said in a press release. “That makes me the best person to guide buyers through the process.”

Ramjee’s long-term goals include expanding his business into Arizona.
