Hadley Properties named Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty the exclusive listing brokerage for Crescent Ridge, a resort-style community over the Columbia River in Quincy’s Crescent Bar. Sabine Jacques was also named sales director for the development.

Sales were previously handled by Melissa Camp of Coldwell Banker for over a decade.

“This next chapter at Crescent Ridge brings so much to be excited about,” Jacques said in a press release. “As a Crescent Bar resident for over a decade, I’m deeply passionate about this community and honored to represent it.”

RSIR launched a new collection of listings at Crescent Ridge, with prices starting around $1.1 million. The group also plans to introduce new floor plans and price points later this year.
