Prior to joining Seattle’s competitive real estate industry five years ago, Heidar’s work as a consultant for technology companies took him all over the world, which gave him a global perspective that proved quite valuable to his real estate business. Last year, he reached over $100 million in sales, a personal and professional accomplishment, but what really drives him is the problem solving, strategy and relationship building in the real estate industry.

Heidar enters each transaction with the goal of protecting his clients. “Buying the property is the easy part,” he says. “I want to ensure it’s a great investment and that there are no red flags.” His clients also appreciate his style of explaining the process using different scenarios and examples to increase their understanding.

“I’m a closer,” Heidar says, noting that when clients stick to his strategy, they usually get their offer accepted on the first try on the buy side and sell quickly for top dollar on the list side. Most of his clients are referrals. “One of the most rewarding aspects of this business is when a client trusts you enough to connect you with their friends, family and colleagues,” Heidar says.

This year, Heidar was named to 425 Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list and the RealTrends Top 1%. Being active, traveling and spending time with his wife and their three dogs are his favorite things to do in his down time.
