After graduating college, he lived in San Francisco for six years before moving back to his hometown of Seattle. In 2019, he earned his real estate license and quickly became the local guy with a treasure trove of market knowledge and experience. “I’m familiar with the evolution and charm of various neighborhoods in the Puget Sound, so I can cater to people’s interests and needs,” he says. “I take pride in the strong community I’ve built in real estate, locally and beyond.”

Hilton likes to spend his free time hanging out under a bright orange umbrella in one of Seattle’s many beautiful parks. He lives in Capitol Hill and enjoys catching up with friends, hiking, skiing, playing music and exploring the outdoors with his husband Nathan.
