The child of a real estate investor, Uzma Munir Hamid worked as an attorney before realizing she wanted the flexibility real estate had to offer. Bringing the perfect mix of prowess and warmth, Hamid notes, “I am not only experienced and skilled at what I do, I am also very results driven and I genuinely care.” Known for her personal touch, her business is largely referral based. She knows real estate is one of most people’s largest investments, and she fosters relationships built on trust to put her clientele at ease.
A lifelong learner, Hamid holds numerous professional credentials including Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She has earned multiple accolades, including the “Commitment to Excellence” endorsement by the National Association of Realtors, multiple awards within her firm and recognition as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for the Seattle market this year. Hamid is a member of professional organizations such as the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, bar associations in Washington, England, Wales and Pakistan, plus her local and national Realtor associations. She is also a national instructor at the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, teaching fellow Realtors the art and science of negotiation.
A mom and dog mom, Hamid is a self-described “foodie,” but she doesn’t enjoy cooking. In her spare time, she loves gardening, traveling, interior design and photography. She is also a board member and volunteer with multiple non-profit organizations.
